Jacob and his first bottle rocket

For boy scouts Jacob made a bottle rocket. He made it with Grandpa Randy, but Grandpa was sick when Jacob met the scouts with the launcher to launch it. I have never done this before so it was quit interesting. The launchers were leaking so it took several times to even get it off the ground. It did finally go up and then the parachute would not come out. After about 6 times making changes to get the chute to come out it did come out but did not open. Maybe next year.
