"He looks like a weirdy"

Hi all,

This weeekend we went to the French Festival Down town. It's a fundraiser for Mark's mom's church. Boy was it bigger then we thought. Next year we need to go earlier to beat the crowd. It was difficult to get through the crowd with three children to get food or even move around. We ended up having to eat standing up. It was nice to see Mark's mom. She worked the Ratatouille booth. That is actually a french dish and not just a movie. Sofi was feeling sick on Sunday. Just a bad cold. When I put her down for the night. I said "aw your poor little nose, we need to put medicine on it." Once I did and we kissed her good night she said "Mommy, my poor little nose feels much better". I just laughed. Too bad the camera is never on when you need it.


Have you seen the movie "Night at the Museum" with Ben Stiller? Mickey Rooney has a funny part in it and his best line in that movie is "He looks like a weirdy". It's when Ben Stiller is starting the night shift job. Anyway, with one teenager and one pre teen son, Mark often uses this phrase when the kids do something and there is just nothing more to say. He even got the actual sound bits from the movie downloaded on the computer so he can just hit a button and Mickey Rooney says "He looks like a weirdy." Well on Sunday Jacob did something goofy and Mark played the sound bit really soft then Sofi in the other room SHouts the same phrase. We all just hee hawed. I ran and got the camera and videoed her saying it after the fact. It's cute but not near as funny as the original one.



What child can resist walking in BIG shoes. Here is Sofi in Chelsea's shoes. Sofi loves shoes and she has from the time she could barely walk. Too cute. I may be a little prejudice.
